1) Upgrade the airline Customer services.

2) Food & beverage can be used to promote the airline commercial advertising.

3) Food can be used to recognize VIP passenger, while delivering special Menu.

4) Food can release passenger’s nervousness while traveling.

5) Special Food can be offered to unsatisfied customers while traveling.

6) Food’s quality & taste might reflect the airlines company commitment & trust.

With regards to the above reasons, airline companies will work harder to improve their air flight menus taking into consideration the followings:

Portion, Quality , Cost.
